[Missions are stupid. They're harrowing and dangerous and only ever give volunteers a glimpse into the world outside the Luceti compound. And Robin's spent a month working in one, providing services for evil people and feeling dirty the entire time.

So naturally there's an experiment when he gets back. Because of course there's an experiment. It's hard to research current events with all the chaos happening everywhere, leaving Robin feeling painfully uninformed in terms of his usual stalking accuracy.

It's customary for Robin to filter things when he uses the journal. It's a tool of their captors, and important to keep as low of a profile as possible when utilizing its services. The problem he hasn't quite realized yet is that the journal has helpfully autocorrected the spelling in his proper names, effectively breaking the filters and leaving his messages open for all to see. It's annoying and something he's having difficulty fixing. How nice to be back in Luceti.]

Sorry for cleaving without notice. Hack now. We can lick up your training when you're ready.

Hey Cubist,
Seems lime you're here. Don't bitter looking for me. Ill be around.

[....Okay, that didn't go well at all. He'll huff and try to make a beeline for Community House 5 instead, sidestepping the chaos overtaking most of town. He might get sidetracked through someone's garden or by colliding into an exceptionally frantic person-running-late, but eventually he'll make it back to his apartment.

He might make a few door-related missteps though. Apologies if he's stepped into your bathroom or out of your bedroom closet.]

[By now, it's obvious that an experiment is happening. The village has already settled into a rush of chaos and noise as people wake to find themselves somehow altered in some way or another. Generally, Robin makes it his business to investigate these sorts of things. It's just that there's a bigger issue demanding much more of his concern at present.

Bridges. There are three bridges crossing the river that pierces the center of the town proper. Three innocent bridges quietly suffering under the weight and heels of hundreds of people who never stop to consider what they're doing to the structural integrity on which they tread. People just go clomping around carelessly. Something needs to be done.

And so, for the last several hours, Robin has been tinkering. He's constructed a vaguely habitable space just under each bridge, and will be taking shifts monitoring each one in sequence, thoroughly determined that none shall pass. He opens his journal to emphasize this.]

Effective immediately, bridge access is suspended. If you need to cross a river, swim.

[Those with business to conduct on a river-crossing will have to deal with an angry teenager today. Granted, it's not terribly difficult to outsmart a bridge troll, so it may end up being the most minor of inconveniences. Come antagonize him? Keep him company? Try to talk some sense into him?
But so help you if you happen to be a gruff Billygoat. >_>]
